Behind the scenes of SwipeJob's engineering

SwipeJob starts from a simple observation: looking for a job, or hiring, is often a slow and frustrating process. We wanted to build a fast, mobile, direct alternative, inspired by the swipe interactions popularized elsewhere but applied to the world of work.

A mobile-first experience

SwipeJob is a native Android app, designed for occasionally unstable connections. Every interaction — swiping to express interest, chatting in real time with a recruiter or candidate — has been optimized to stay smooth even under limited network conditions.

Hosting and data privacy

SwipeJob user data is hosted in Frankfurt, in the European Union, under strict data protection standards. This choice reflects our commitment to handling our users' personal information with the utmost rigor, wherever they are.

Direct distribution

Rather than relying solely on the Play Store, SwipeJob is also distributed as a direct APK, allowing us to iterate quickly with our community of pilot users.
